For the past few weeks, I’ve been working on a WordPress plugin to allow you to add tide times to your WordPress powered website. The plugin features tide times over 700 locations in the UK, UK territories and the Republic of Ireland.

What does it look like?

The Tides Today WordPress plugin can easily be added to any WordPress website. Below is an example of how it looks, featuring tide times for Newquay, Cornwall.

Who is it aimed at?

The plugin is aimed at anyone who has a WordPress website about a coastal UK and Ireland location. For example, if you’re a holiday cottage owner, you could use the sidebar widget to show the tide times for up to three days for the location that your holiday home is located.
